ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 5–7 business days. During new releases, promotions, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
SHIPPING TIMES
Shipping times vary depending on the product and fulfillment location.
Domestic Orders (United States)
- Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after processing.
International Fulfillment Items
Some products are fulfilled and shipped from international production partners. These items are clearly noted within the product description.
For these products, please allow approximately 10–17 business days for delivery after your order has been processed.
Please note that if your order contains multiple items, they may arrive separately and at different times.
DELIVERY DELAYS
While we strive to meet all estimated delivery timeframes, Boston Nurse Club is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Shipping carriers
- Weather conditions
- Customs processing
- Incorrect shipping addresses
- Other circumstances beyond our control
ADDRESS ACCURACY
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may be subject to additional shipping fees.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Boston Nurse Club is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If you experience an issue with delivery, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly.
